Annual Dues
Annual dues is required on or before June 30, 2024.
Association Dues is $290 per lot and is used in part for road maintenance, snow plowing, perimeter lawn maintenance, entryway upkeep, canal maintenance for weed control and aerators, and entrance signs and lighting. The remaining expenditures can be found on the annual treasurer's report.
